The Bair Foundation, a leading treatment foster care agency, is seeking candidates for a STATE DIRECTOR to oversee our all Pennsylvania offices. This candidate may reside in any of the locations listed (New Wilmington, Pittsburgh, York, Altoona, Harrisburg). We are looking for candidates with knowledge and passion in working with at:risk youth and the ability develop innovative programs to assist them. Come grow with us

:Manages a multi:site, non:profit foster care agency, setting priorities, and developing marketing and business plans.
:Demonstrates the ability to work effectively with government and agency referral resources.
:In:depth knowledge of the child welfare system and appropriate laws and regulations.
:Public spokesperson who can communicate effectively to a variety of groups and organizations.
:Provides direct supervision to Program Directors of assigned offices.
Qualifications:Masters degree in social work or related field. A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience. License to practice or credentials as a therapist beyond the masters degree attainment. LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, NCC preferred.
