Primary Purpose This position is responsible for the overall sales success of the York Location Model and communicate The PowerPro Advantage to Customers and Team Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective customers Increase Power Pro reputation and develop business growth Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Model and communicate Company vision for Customer Service with regard to The PowerPro Advantage to Customers and direct reports. Provide daily leadership to direct reports, giving guidance to optimize Team engagement and performance. Provide feedback, coaching, and if necessary, performance improvement requirements. Work with General Manager for Team development and accountability, including hiring and dismissal decisions. Store Operations: Manage financial performance – profit and loss for sales, parts, service, and rental departments. Oversee all equipment sales, including selling and store inventory management. Oversee all departments for profitable and successful operations. Manage store personnel schedule and ensure adequate staffing during business hours and special events. Oversee parts and setup personnel, along with general administrative oversight. Manage branch expense and make appropriate decisions with guidance from General Manager. Work with PowerPro product champion(s) to ensure adequate inventory for stock and ordering purposes. Work with PowerPro leadership and other department managers to ensure best practices are utilized to operate branch at optimum performance. Provide ongoing review of service department operations in order to create a fantastic customer experience and efficient service department operation. Position Requirements: Qualifications : Demonstrated leadership and management experience. Minimum 5 years of Outdoor Power, Construction, Lawn & Garden Equipment sales and service experience preferred. Ability to understand and provide for the customer needs. Demonstrated retail sales experience with minimum 3 years preferred. Positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness. Demonstrated financial acumen required. Organized and detail oriented, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in all kinds of weather. Skills Team player, able to influence and build an effective Team. Ability to build relationships with and communicate/sell The PowerPro Advantage value to prospective Customers. Ability to create and manage budget and report on store financial performance. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, web based programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer focus, both internal and external.
