With a focus on creative design, ahead-of-the-market product innovation, and international sourcing, the company currently offers over 6,000 unique home dcor and gift items to more than 20,000 worldwide customers. We are currently seeking a talented, motivated indivudual to join our Outbound Sales Call Center as a Junior Partner Account Manager. As a Junior Partner Account Manager you will have an opportunity to grow and develop your customer base and relationships while being part of a fast paced, dynamic sales team. Principle Accountabilities:Represent Primitives By Kathy professionally, responsibly and passionately to all stakeholders, internal and externalMaintain honesty and integrity at all times with co-workers, customers and clients while continually working to earn their trust and respectProfessionally and efficiently manage in excess of 200 accountsAssume responsibility for the accounts you manage by offer exceptional customer serviceMaintain client contact at a minimum of once per month and share opportunities for the client to grow thier business by educating and informing them of promotions Assist clients with product and purchasing decisionsUtilize sales techinques such as upselling, corss selling and following up on promotions in a manner that is helpful and supportive and not aggressive alwasy client focusedProcess orders by phone, web, e-mail and faxPromptly respond to client concerns and issues toward positive resolutionProcess requests for informatin , catalogs, samples, etc.Send personalized "thank you" letters to clients in appreaciation for loyal business and whose accounts exceed our expectations and continue to growAttend meetings and training as requiredOther duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager or his/her designeeSkills and Competencies:Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, helpfulness, and passion for customer careExcellent English written and verbal communication skills, including phone and internet etiquetteAbility to manage time, prioritize, and shift quickly among various responsibilitiesWillingness to work independently while keeping the greater good of the team a priority Accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detailExcellent team player and contributorAble to create and manipulate data using Excel Able to type a minimum of 40 words per minuteEducation & Experience: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years sales or customer service experience in a wholesale or retail environment. Previous sales, customer service or call center experience is required.Physical Demands: The physical demandes described here are representative of thos that must be met with or without reasonable accommodateion to successfully perform the essential function of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hearThe employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and armsBoth talk and type while communicating with a customer.Collaborate as part of a team and work with others in person and over the telephone.Sit for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours a day.Rarely require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Able to reach above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents, carry products or store materials throughout the work day.
