Job Description Our retail team needs a sales manager with a knowledge of sales leadership and the ability to motivate their associates. The full-time Retail General Manager is responsible for achieving and maintaining all client and customer standards by overseeing and directing activities of Retail Sales Representatives within an assigned retailer territory. This person will work closely with retailer staff, managers and clients to ensure all business objectives are met. We are searching for candidates who have experience working one on one or face to face with retail sales representatives, retailers, and customers in a fast-paced customer setting. We specialize in energy sales and marketing, customer service, as well as client and customer retention. We focus our efforts on our team through mentor ship, paid and ongoing training, and an open-door policy for the management team here at our expanding company. Responsibilities: · Proactively recruiting new qualified retail sales representatives · On-boarding and hiring retail sales representatives · Managing and directing retail personnel within the retail locations · Conducting in store visits and audits · Increasing positive brand awareness in the retail setting · Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives · Establish productive, professional relationships with key retailer personnel Qualifications: · Education Level: Associates degree or equivalent experience · 3-5 years of sales experience · 2-3 years of supervisory experience · Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills · Strong prioritization skills · Skill in supervising to include delegating responsibility, training, and evaluating performance · Flexible and adaptable, able to change and alter according to changes in projects or business environment · Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision in-order to meet deadlines. · Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions · Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel and internet usage Company Description We offer marketing and sales expertise to both Telecom and Energy Service companies, with a complete understanding of the sensitive nature in procuring quality long-lasting customers.
